
The Sports department’s purpose is to have the students get interested and enjoy physical activity, and develop their physical performance. Students also learn the theory behind various kinds of sports activities, the effects of physical activity on the human organism, and the significance of health and body reactions in response to sports activities.
Students learn about their own body and structure through activities in various kinds of sports. The department offers the children an opportunity to try themselves in various branches of sports in a healthy manner.
One of the most important goals of our sports department is to instill in students an awareness and habit of “life time sports”. No matter which area of sports they might be interested in, it is important that students realize the significance of regular sports activities for healthy living and fitness. We, as the sports department, are also enthusiastic about making sure that students realize and comprehend that sports create an environment that unites people, bringing people together under a common language, and it inspires an individual in a multitude of areas outside sports, and instills an understanding of discipline.
